The tremendous donation in both time and materials to the guild for these quilts does not go unnoticed! What a very special gift to be presented to the scholarship winners! Something to be treasured and admired for years to come!

We are proud to fund annual college scholarships for Bryan/College Station graduating high school seniors!! These scholarships honor Joyce F. Blasi who has sold by far the most donation quilt tickets and Luci Smith founder of the Quilt Guild. They are awarded to pursue higher education in the visual arts, family life sciences, career tech, or a related field at accredited college or technical school.

Each scholarship is for one year only in the amount of $1,000. In addition, the winners will receive a quilt made by a guild member.

We also participate in and support "Go-Texan" of Brazos Valley, a statewide program that raises funds to support college scholarships.
