BBQG Bees updates:
The All American bee is open to anyone who likes to sew. Our purpose is to make Quilts of Valor for local veterans & active duty service members. Bring your sewing machine and basic sewing supplies.
The Busy Bees bee are busy working on individual projects.
The Finishers bee do handwork of all sorts and are busy working on individual projects.
The Happy Scrappers bee primarily works on individual projects. Some of our members are working on both the 2018 and 2019 donation quilts for the guild. We've seen the beginnings of these quilts, and they are beautiful!
The Joyful Quilters bee work on individual projects. This year, we are also supporting the care quilt efforts of the quilt guild. New members are always welcome!
The Material Girls bee are busy with all kinds of projects as well as things to laugh over at bee meetings. They include not only quilting, but sewing, embroidery, knitting and sharing.
The Monday Bee bee work on individual projects.
The Out of The Box bee is an art quilt group that meets in various locations.
The Praying Piecers bee is currently working on a quilt for the next Habitat for Humanity house to be built in Franklin. We stay busy working on individual projects as well.
The Quilt 'n Peace bee is a mission-oriented group that generally concentrate on Care Quilts, Book and a Blanket, or at times larger quilts for charitable organizations. Members can participate in an annual mission trip to LaSara, TX where quilting is taught.
The bee supplies all fabric & materials for this effort.
The Stitchin' Bees bee are busy working on individual projects We look forward to participating in various guild activities as time & health allow.
The Thimblebees bee are busy working on individual projects. We look forward to participating in various guild activities as time & health allow.
The Wednesday bee is currently finishing a quilt for the next Habitat for Humanity house to be built in Franklin.
The Zoom bee is meeting the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm.
